The Supplier Of A Morimi Semiconductor Acquisition Sensing Products Sensl

A Morimi semiconductor has announced the acquisition of SensL Technologies Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "SensL"). The acquisition is expected to immediately increase the non GAAP (Non-GAAP) earnings per share of A Morimi semiconductor. SensL, headquartered in Ireland, is a technical leader for the automotive, medical, industrial and consumer markets for silicon photomultiplier (SiPM), single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) and LiDAR (LiDAR) sensing products.

The acquisition has enabled A Morimi semiconductor to expand its market leadership in the field of advanced driving assistance systems and auto driving sensing applications, expanding the capabilities of imaging, radar and light.

In combination with the acquisition in Ireland and the radar technology and Design Center acquired in Israel and the UK, it has a unique advantage to provide a comprehensive sensor scheme for the next generation of highly automated vehicles, as well as to consolidate the company's leadership in image sensing and ultrasonic parking assistance.
